How to Refill at Market Goods

Here's how it works:

1. Weigh your container & fill out a tag! … mark the “tare” weight on the tag, the name of the item, and repeat for each container. 

2. Fill It Up!!! … whatever products you need and however much you would like to fill!

3. Check Out! … After you’ve finished all of your refilling, come on up to the register and we will do all the math for you to ensure that you are only paying for the product and not for the container. 

What containers can I bring?  Any empty and clean containers with lids that seal are fair game: peanut butter jars, kombucha bottles, baggies, shampoo bottles, candy tins, Tupperware, mason jars, take out containers, spray bottles... and more! Be mindful of containers that once held pickles, salsa, marinara sauce, etcetera as they tend to hold onto scents!

But I forgot my container!?!? No worries! We offer paper bags and a wide variety of mason jars and Boston round bottles for purchase, as well as any accessories you might need to add like pumps for soaps, trigger sprays for cleaners, and spritz tops for toners! We also have a growler refill program: buy a growler from us with a $5 deposit and either refill again or return it to us for you $5 back!

Why is bulk refilling important? To eliminate single-use plastics! The beauty of refilling is that you can buy the amount you need which allows you to try new products, without the commitment or stock up on your favorites!

What does Market Goods currently offer for refills? We offer mainly home goods (cleaning, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry products) and personal care (body care, skin care, oral care, and hair care) items in bulk refills.
