And here’s how you use it:

1. Fold - With clean hands, pinch your disc into a figure 8.

2. Insert - Insert the disc fully and tuck behind your pubic bone.

3. Remove - After up to 12 hours of wearing your disc, simply remove it by hooking your finger in the custom finger hold and gently pulling out your disc. Then wash your disc, insert, and get back to living your best life.

Saalt Disc Regular: Normal or heavy flow, 6 tampon/50 mL capacity. Recommended for new disc users, high cervix, trouble keeping menstrual cups inserted.
